I started in marketing and web design, moved through project management and business analysis, and kept searching for the link between business logic and human experience.

To me, UX isn’t about how things look - it’s about how applications support the people who rely on them. It bridges complex business processes and the mental models of end users. Good UX aligns software with human workflows, making interactions more intuitive and efficient. It’s about reducing friction, improving working conditions, and using research and structure to shape smarter, more purposeful tools – not just prettier ones.
What energizes me most is the innovative atmosphere that emerges when working with real users - the spark that fuels outside-the-box thinking. Collaboration isn’t just part of the process - it’s the foundation of UX. Deep understanding grows through working with end users, while direction comes from aligning with the business.
